I don't think I've spent more than 20 cumulative minutes self-analyzing the way you seem to do constantly lol (not saying my approach is preferable... just confused by yours)
it's the product of being a covert narcissist, droning on with novels about the most miniscule insignificant details of their mediocre lives. it's so incredibly dull and repetitive.

Well yeah, I guess I ask what it's like coz it must be exhausting having that kinda inner monologue.
Friend's have told me that not having one is strange though and idk what they mean.
Having a chronic stream of conscious thought seems like overkill. I think when I'm exposed to stimuli, not otherwise usually.
