I like One Piece. But yes, Berserk is amazing. The manga is still on-going.

As a manga that shit's (Berserk's) amazing, but the anime's not even about the darker shit. It cuts off right before the good stuff. When Japan is inspired by western styles they tend to try harder, unlike when the US tries to do anime.
I tend to be more into stuff like Genius Party and Akira.
