 1. Average IQ of a felony prisoner is 74. It really depends on what type of crime we are talking about. If we are talking about white collar crimes mostly in the middle class and upper class we could say that white collar criminals are average or above average IQ.

But violent felons, drug addicts, burglars, muggers tend to be low iq outcasts.

2. If you was intelligent enough you wouldnt actually tell peopleyou are intelligent. Most intelligent people know that telling people they are intelligent will only create envy and mistrust.
