You say "Jerry" like it's a bad thing, but he's arguably the most well-adjusted person in that show.
Touche.
Then you should also start proudly calling him Jerry.
You can call me Rick.
Rick's the saddest, most conflicted person in the show, even Doofus Rick ironically is doing much, much better than he is, and the second time visiting the Council of Ricks setting showed that his own systems meant to elevate him just created the very things he hates. Even becoming a mundane among other Ricks gives him no solace, and his God Complex/Control Freak issues in tandem with how prone he is to self-sabotage has him wanting to kill himself over and over.
Even Morty's perspective is getting worse the longer he's around Rick. His epiphany over there being multiple Morty's was helpful for him being able to let go of small-world solipsist importance, but now he's entirely fixated on how much of a bitch boy he is through how his confidence issues are getting worse instead of better. His codependency issues around the idea of Jessica are also essentially doomed, as once he sees her fully he won't be able to worship her the same. The Sociopath-ish Morty saw this quickly and made a success out of himself until he was made to be dysfunctional again for the sake of status quo.
More people should hope to be a Jerry, or at least a Summer, as at least those two are open minded and able to shrug off the harm of daily living. Multiple Jerry's put together at the Jerry Daycare were able to actually enjoy themselves, unlike multiple Ricks and Mortys, and as we've already seen, Jerry's simplicity is perfect for simpler designs (such as fighting monsters, working with galactic intelligence, or being a tribal leader of aliens).
In Rick & Morty, the smarter you are, the less capable you are of finding joy in anything.
