they hired me under the premisse that I would work on a certain day of the week regularly, because my co worker reduced his hours and wants this day off. So I pulled strings on many ends, played divide & conquer and dragged it out and out etc and now I have that day off and he takes it regularly. I hope this story inspires all of you to stand behind yourselfs and accomplish something. It happens often to me that people say something is not possible and then I repeat the same exact request 3 times and It gets done. Just remember sometimes it is also good to do something for others, too.
