so i had some lower back pain and to the sides like lower lats for 1 year now or so, some times it would hurt like a bitch

2 days ago or so or maybe three like saturday? yeah i put for bar shrugs (trap exercise) 180 kg and tried to hit 7 reps

so i heard a "crack" and then there was horrible pain for two days now, if i would move my shoulder blades or open my chest even slightly it would literally feel like something is cutting me in half

today i woke up, and the back pain, stiffness, everything were fucking gone like magically

i tried to put shit on the area, went to doctors, nothing worked, now i literally can move like when i was 12

i think the force pulled a muscle that was in the wrong position and that somewhat with good rest saved me idk, didn't find anything about it online
