Sometimes I wonder if there's a porn movie that's somewhat genuine and realistic. Sure it has plot, but (from what I have seen) porn movies always focus on the "pornish" plot lines and motivations for the characters.

That's typically what has me enjoying the weirder or hammier ones; They either keep me guessing or it's silly (or both).
PiratesXXX is a strange case of more plot than porn, with dynamic characters and a wide range of acting talent. It's worth it even if you skip the sex scenes.
