There is a huge amount of data points that have been gathered on the lab leak theory/hypothesis.
1) SARS-COV-2 is a human virus, it's specifically adapted to humans. It binds to human ACE2 better than any other animal. How did this happen? Serial passage in humanized lab mice? or a random 1 in a billion lighting strike in nature?
In silico comparison of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein-ACE2 binding affinities across species and implications for viral origin https://export.arxiv.org/ftp/arxiv/papers/2005/2005.06199.pdf Nikolai Petrovsky
2) SARS-COV-2 shows no sign of adapting to humans like a natural zoonotic virus does.
SARS-CoV-2 is well adapted for humans. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.05.01.073262v1.full.pdf Alina Chan, so cool!
3) SARS-COV-2 does not bind well to bats, this is no bat virus.
4) SARS-COV-2 jumped to humans in the fall of 2019 fully formed to infect humans
No sign of natural evolution mutating towards a new host. No time to evolve in humans.

"This time line puts the presence of proCoV2 late‐October to mid‐November 2019 that is consistent with some other reports, including the report of a fragment of spike protein identical to Wuhan‐1 in early December in Italy 18,20,29–31"
5) SARS-COV-2 has significant mimicry with humans and mice. How does this happen in nature?

6) Lab viruses can be engineered with no signs of lab manipulation. You cannot tell a lab made virus from a natural virus.
7) WIV was and probably still is doing GOF research on coronaviruses, 2015 paper showed evidence of fully infectious genetic clones.
This list for the lab leak goes on an on.
