Scandalous incident in Yemek Sepeti application… A restaurant operator in Istanbul was surprised by the message sent to him by Yemek Sepeti. The operator, who learned that the number was wrong when he called the phone in the abusive note, complained to the Yemek Sepeti officials who sent the message and approved the message and sent it to the restaurant.

According to the news in Sabah; A person who ordered from a restaurant in Eyüp, Istanbul via Yemek Sepeti insulted the business owner with unspeakable words.

In the customer note section of the order slip sent to the business owner, “M. Bring your mother and ask for a s.. oh dear.. she wanted it. MH, the operator, who saw the message that reads your mother, said, “M. g.. s.. gay M.” faced with insulting profanity.

Calling the mobile phone number used during the order, MH received the answer that the person he called did not place the order and that he did not even reside in Istanbul and it was the wrong number.

COMPLAINTS FROM THE CURSOR AND THE MEAL BASKET

The owner of the business, MH, who was shocked by what he had been through, called Yemek Sepeti and asked why the receipt sent him had abusive words written on it and why he had approved the order and sent it to them.

MH, who could not receive sufficient response from Yemek Sepeti officials, applied to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and complained about the person who cursed him and the Yemek Sepeti officials.

INVESTIGATION STARTED

Describing his experiences at the prosecutor's office, MH used the following statements:

“On the day of the incident, my employees showed me the receipt that came to my restaurant via Yemek Sepeti. I saw that there was a heavy insult against my name and family as the title on the receipt, and the swearing continued at the bottom. When I called the number written on the receipt, the person in front of me said that it had nothing to do with the incident and that his number was used. I called Yemek Sepeti and explained my situation. The person I spoke to said that I could complain that they did not send the message themselves. I am complaining about the person who insulted me and the Yemek Sepeti officials who approved the message.”

After MH's complaint, an investigation was launched by the prosecutor's office regarding the incident."
