and here I am who drinks no alcohol and got diabeetus cuz parents got it...
my mother has it and her mother as well. it appears as if half the people in her family has it
my sociopath dad is a skinny fucker though his skin has taken a beating after 40 years of alcoholism and heavy smoking. I believe its the smoking that caused it though

My ancestral (Cree and Scots-Irish) pancreatic issues have become all kinds of disorders through my family. Hypothyroidism, diabetes, alcoholism, etc.
I got lucky and just get a painful burn in my tummy when I drink alcohol.
So I'm only able to have one to 3 drinks about every other year.
The stuff will make me violently ill if I drink any more than that.
