you don't have to look like an abomination to have down syndrome, just like every other genetic/ mental disorder it exists in a spectrum

Some common physical features of Down syndrome include:
A flattened face, especially the bridge of the nose
Almond-shaped eyes that slant up - No
A short neck -No
Small ears - No
A tongue that tends to stick out of the mouth - No
Tiny white spots on the iris (colored part) of the eye - No
Small hands and feet - for my height of 6”5 my feet and hands are small
A single line across the palm of the hand (palmar crease) - No
Small pinky fingers that sometimes curve toward the thumb -No
Poor muscle tone or loose joints - No
Shorter in height as children and adults - I’m 6”5 barely short
