i agree with mc that the sensation of vaping is generally inferior. vaping is good for getting a quick nicotine fix, but cigarettes are much better for this. it could be the five minutes of peace that accompanies lighting up, or it could be all the other addictive psychoactive shit put in the tobacco. either way, it's a more peaceful experience that feels more relaxing in the lungs as well.

Now that's the case, but it used to be mostly independent companies.
It's crazy how much misinformation has been spread because of big tobacco lobbying, the majority of teens (in America at least) believe that vaping is worse than smoking traditional cigarettes.

UK officials say that vaping is at least 95% less harmful than smoking, but again big tobacco spends BILLIONS trying to cover this shit up, so they blame thc cart deaths on overall vapes. The WHO has done some questionable things regarding this issue too.
