Backstory is this guy was obsessed with this girl that was his neighbor or something in his apartment complex. They both went to school for law. He stole a master key for the apartment complex and was going into peoples' rooms stealing shit, going into the girl's room at night while she wasn't there.
The girl was set to move out, and he snapped or something and killed her in her apartment and hacked her body up into pieces. Part of the body didn't go with trash disposal because someone parked their car in front of the dumpster it was in. The way he did everything was not very planned out, and he got caught. He had a ton of pictures of her on a drive, some video recordings he took of her that he took from a camera fastened to a pole outside of her window, and some child porn to boot.
The guy is acting normal, then he starts acting really weird all of the sudden and never breaks character. No one knows if it was a mental break, or a deliberate strategy, or what it was. But it's some funny shit to watch. As one of the commentors on the video says:
