i am finished with the review of this week, i will be back in 10 days or so
i generally like to avoid e-interactions when i am on nutrition - working out cause i need my focus + energy so however i ate some crap last two days to recover my energy, now i am back on track and discipline again
consider this a break from my rent less assault, recover, lick your wounds/ circle jerk the usual
