I am officially in a relationship again. First time we dated was November, then after 3 dates I dumped her. I was dating someone else as well during that time and I wanted to give the other thing a chance, since we were progressing faster. Then it didn't work out after like 4 weeks lol (the other girl was obsessive and creepily dependent). We reconnected in February and started dating again. Since yesterday we are an official couple.

 I find the reactions of members to bragging and displays of happy relationships/lives interesting, some say it's fake, others get angry and make threads about it saying nobody cares and it does not matter, others attack etc. 

The common point seems to be that nobody here is happy when anybody shows off their lives, achievements or relationships, as it pops their ego bubble and brings them back down to reality, looking at themselves and their own lives. One day you feel like a king on SC, the other day someone makes you reflect on your own life and makes you feel like a laggard loser, it's a hard life.

 There is truth in what you are saying. But the way most SC members show their accomplishments is very off putting. It is meant to make people feel bad. It is narcissistic and brazen. You cannot deny this even with your own behavior. So I am not sure what we can deduct from people getting pissed off or doubt what is said or feel bad. These are all normal reactions to bad people. 

It does tend to be as a rebuttal, and has been the case since Nabble.

 I think it’s about no one believing chicks. Guys are believed with no pushback, or a little but in the end what they say is true. People don’t believe girls because then they would have to admit that a chick is better than them or has a better life.

So what if he's confused about what to do now that he can snag them for superficial reasons, so what if that's reinforcing that the superficial is all that matters, the guy's young and this is his time to learn that while ignorant of the future.
