I get the dox rule but that's going too far.

Why are they banned for it though? 

A lot of this site would be banned if doxing was an immediate ban. 

Looks like I can't get the accounts unbanned without it being some war versus the admin.

Why did we have community discussion on fixing if Good is just going to do what he wants. Also maybe fix Search so people can look up dox rules

It works, you just need to search for it in six month chunks. 

It takes some getting used to, but the entire website is searchable in the current build.
