One of the things I have stood by for a long time is that you can read a lot about a person by their facial structure and eyes. I mean this in regards to introversion and extroversion, aggressiveness, trustworthiness, intelligence, and general psychic energy and temperament. I believe everyone has this ability to some extent, and research bares out correlations between facial morphology and intelligence, endogenous levels of hormones during development, dark triad traits (and lack thereof), etc.
This is a broad topic to cover, one which I may give more attention and research to in the future. Some of the mugshots I looked at today exemplify some various phenotypes I notice.
The first I'll draw attention to is the sexual deviant. These people often seem to have more neotonous features. There may be present subtle deformities or aberrations that just make a person seem "off." They may also appear on the more masculine side, but have a kind of "dumb" or "plain" look about them.
FLORENCE — A Pinal County jury convicted a Gold Canyon man on Tuesday of knowingly possessing graphic images of child pornography.
After prosecutors spent a week labeling 43-year-old Donald Taylor as a porn-lover with a sexual fetish for adult-baby fantasy games, the 12-person jury delivered unanimous guilty verdicts on 16 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Some of the pornographic images found on Taylor’s phone and computers depicted children as young as 5, making his offenses “dangerous crimes against children.” Arizona’s sentencing guidelines make Taylor eligible for a presumptive prison term of 272 years.
Investigators recovered a number of emails sent from Taylor’s account to ads on Craigslist, soliciting others for some sort of fetish “diaper play.” Emails shown to the jury describe a “daddy” looking for a “toddler boy” he can control and diaper.

Masquerading as a devout Christian, he abused his role as an English teacher to prey on 200 vulnerable children in Kuala Lumpar over nine years.
He also posted streams of pictures and videos of the assaults, which were shared with paedophiles worldwide through the now defunct dark web site The Love Zone.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Police say they've arrested a 34-year-old Florida man after people at a park saw him kicking swans in the head.
An arrest report says police were called Thursday morning to Orlando's Lake Eola Park, which is known for its swans and swan-shaped paddle boats.
Multiple people told officers they saw Rocco Joseph Mantella kicking swans "as hard as possible" as he appeared to practice karate.
The report says Mantella also kicked a sleeping duck.
