I've technically been doing something like it since I took up martial arts at like... age six, but I also had a Yoga unit as part of my P.E. class in high school and otherwise attended some of that and Pilates with some college friends a few times.
Yoga's a way to feel nice and limber while not tiring yourself out and Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core. You can even do these stretches while watching TV or listening to music without being distracted from it being so stationary and low intensity.
It also improves sexual performance, like, a lot.
