I only drink in company. Since I have no friends who live near me and rarely date, I just drank alcohol 2 or 3 times since I said I would stop and everytime it was a date-related beer and one time half a glass of wine when an acquainted person invited me for dinner.

Pick one, or you are either coping or not actually having had an issue with drinking in the first place and just being a narc bragging about your healthy lifestyle.
