You like cheese huh? Me too

I’m trying to stay away from the prepared foods.

I also cut out bananas and seldomly eat bread

My stuff takes a little prep time but I don’t think it’s time wasted

It's hard to not be a fellow addict for sugar/dairy/salt/caffeine, and it helps with 'binding the digestion' when I'm otherwise prone to a semi-nervous stomach.

I’m trying to stay away from the prepared foods.

That does save money.

I also cut out bananas

Where's your potassium coming from then?

and seldomly eat bread

In the US anyway that's a healthy choice, our bread has way too much sugar.

My stuff takes a little prep time but I don’t think it’s time wasted

Having things to snack on helps for having the energy to cook things at all, but more legit cooking's more my gf's thing. 🤷

Meat/fish: Salmon, beef liver, eggs, chicken breast, cod.

Dairy: Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, milk.

Seasoning: Sunflower lecithine (not really seasoning), oregano, black pepper, iodized salt.

Berries/fruits: Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, apples, pears, dragonfruit, grapes, avocado.

Vegetables/legumes: Broccoli, celery, lettuce, asparagus, black beans, tomatoes, cucumber.

Nuts: Almonds, brazilian nuts, hazelnuts, cashew, walnuts.

Supplements: Folic acid 800 mcg and 250 mg choline.

I've tried to avoid processed food for a long time.

I usually season and fry the meat/fish, combine the dairy and berries/fruits, cook half of the vegetables and combine it with the raw vegetables, cottage cheese, and crushed nuts, and put them in the fridge after eating the 1st portion. I put the fruits somewhere I can see them so I keep eating them throughout the day. I take the supplements after eating.
