“Our flight deck should reflect the diverse group of people on board our planes every day. That’s why we plan for 50% of the 5,000 pilots we train in the next decade to be women or people of color,” United announced on Tuesday.

What kind of idiots think a vagina and skin color makes good pilots?

I would like pilot merit to be the measure of who makes it to be a an airline pilot.

Safety, hours, experience. I don't give a fuck about someones vagina or skin color. they better be able to fly a fucking plane.

Are there enough black women in aviation schools to fill that demand ? Maybe now there will be since now gender and skin colour makes this job an easy catch for the female negroid, while their colleagues chances have gotten slashed by more than 50% considering they have more than just the black woman to compete with for the job.

Forget picking out the best pilots who'll have lives at stake, and just make sure to fill a gender race quota so you probably won't be getting the best most of the time.
