Alright I'll explain it so even a little kid would get it, in steps:
1) She's fighting to get the picture taken off the internet.
2) People are spreading it thinking they're on her side.
3) Ergo, her allies are a part of the problem.
Simple enough, or do I need to break it down further?

Yes why are the people perpetuating the picture part of the problem? Because she wants it erased and they re-post?
Wasn't really clear from your first post. But regardless, I think the ones you think on her side are doing it out of spite.
They likely are modeling after Dove's body positivity campaign, thinking that posting the very thing she wants gone is doing her a favor. This could very well be legit supporters.
They see her suffering over it and, rather than comply with her wishes in support and solidarity towards her they actively work against her 'for her own good'.
