Stickies are usually at the top, in any forums, i think its bizarre to have them underneath.

Maybe if I just put the sticky topics at the top of the list at all times instead of in a separate location?

If it's at the bottom it's there for reference, and it'd still be seen that way without cluttering the newer content.

The "SC Official Discord", and "Patreon" seem important to me, first one is for new community members and the second one is for the site.

The other 2 are questionable.

I will add a favorites functionality for personal stickies in the future.

Couldn't there be a locked topic that lists all important ones in the OP to consolidate space? 

It's so cluttered and ugly now for something that isn't top-of-the-page important. Most forums stick to two stickies only, one for rules and another for something popular.

• added an automatic block for a specific request that slowed the site down today, if the request is used too much. Should not affect the normal functionality in a negative way at all, but should fix timeout issues.

I will move it to be part of the normal index, but always at the top, unless someone has an objection by the end of tomorrow.

but it seems that some, what i believe are phones, are bugged and are constantly asking for the index update, to see if new posts have been made. I have now blocked those requests entirely for the specific IPs that do it, so those users will not have an automatic update for now
Phones have an issue with cookies and cached data ive noticed.

I will have to redesign the automatic update altogether after the sticky topic is done.
