Body dysmorphia is an odd thing to me. I think it's something that can usually be worked out in therapy, and I say this because I've known many girls to get over it. I'm not really applying this to trans people; I think their issue is different.
Anyways, I seen a video earlier and some dude had some weird-looking arms that I recognized as synthol injections. This is basically a procedure that men will do to look more muscular, but it just seems to look rather grotesque.
And it's straight beta to be insecure and faking muscle mass to try and look hard. It's just a weird thing to me.
