This woman is great. More people need to wake up to this. Individualism and personality are important traits.

She explains how race, skin colour, sexual orientation and gender identities are elevated over intelligence and merit for some people. This is victim culture. Where victimhood and oppression groups are elevated above all other attributes.

Her job interview metaphor is an excellent example of true identity. In a job interview you put your best attributes forward, like intelligence and who your are, not "I'm black" or "I'm trans". These superficial traits are much further down on the importance list.
