A show like this would need much more influx than it currently has, and seeking that would probably lead to it becoming something completely different anyways
What would you see it becoming instead?
This community has on and off expressed an interest in turning it into some form of art or trivia, whether it's short stories, drawings, wikipedia entries, rap beats, etc. The only concern I have is over 'current' events having notable slowdowns during dry portions, but if we revisit classics we have a very deep well of material.
it'd need structure and consistency, for that you either create content yourself, or look outward. creating it yourself is hard and takes up a lot of time. as for seeking content externally, people would e.g. give their take on current global events and i can see it turn into a "podcast by sociopaths" rather than a podcast about sc. and after that it'll devolve even further from where we began.
my overarching point is that our main theme isn't strong enough to build a consistent podcast around, which is fine, but the deficit needs to be taken into account and would need to be supplemented
