This isn't a direct denial of your guilt. It's just a deflection. This is because you are feeling a weight on your soul from all the rigging.

Literally any reply I make is potentially culpable.

That's exactly what someone who did some riggin would say.
Exactly, he's basically admitting guilt at this point because "he might as well".
Those smoke and mirrors have no effect on me, it's clear what's going on.
How would you respond in my shoes, assuming in this hypothetical that you as me had not been rigging it?
If I were in your shoes I would have knowledge that you are keeping from the public.
1) If I were innocent I would call myself mad for trying to instil some narrative about me rigging the shit, and tell people to police themselves because idgaf. When the incompetent buffoons we call the "people" would end up silent, I would end up taking control of the situation and giving myself extra david lynch points.
2) If I were guilty, I would go to extreme extends, like you are now, to try and prove my innocence. This sort of thing would end up with the forum calling the person calling me out as a "no life shitposter" when, in fact, the truth is far more insidious.
As a conclusion to those points, whether you subscribe to 1 or 2, you are still guilty and must be judged.

What knowledge? I'm seeing the daily numbers Lynch posts same as you, both IRL and in this hypothetical.

So in other words, if you were innocent you'd treat it like Discord?

What would you even gain from covering your tracks? I don't see this as a good case of costs versus gains, you'd get just as much out of rigging it as not rigging it in this case, save for robbing yourself of suspense.

I don't understand why you'd give yourself extra Lynch points in scenario one, I mean surely someone would notice when there's meticulous record keeping and video logs of the numbers picked.

Lol nobody would notice and you know it damn well 😼. See this is a half-admission, it shows that there is a chance you have been giving yourself David lynch points thinking people would figure out right. But nobody except for me did. So there you have it then.
