 I think the concept is useful. Useful since I have Anxious personality disorder. I have not met anyone who calls themselves an introvert and been able to judge it for myself. I think introverts are rare or they are just personality disordered

 Who diagnosed this? Are you sure you have it? How does it show? Since when do you have it?

Depends on the situation. It is better to wait and observe before being extroverted and nonsensical.
