Their strengths when compared to men's make more sense to me, they're more identifiable. Where men may have had more advantages for their testosterone in a more frontier world, those talents have far less meaning in a more cerebrally geared society beyond it's means of pulling at older instinctual needs. It is no longer the strongest who survives, but rather the most charismatic, and women are built more equipt for handling and understanding social matters, the new gold standard when people aren't even meeting as much face to face anymore. Even intimidation these days is less about presence and more about assets. 

Power is no longer 'powerful' in a world where physicality has been reduced to a mere aesthetic, and when it comes to aesthetics it's women who clearly have the edge over men. As men grow more desperate overtime as well it'll be those the desperation thirsts for who will be holding the reins, and given further time their use in procreation will become unnecessary as well, showing men to be the new secondary gender as their T-Poisoning robs them of functionality in the modern world.

It shouldn't be too hard to find a woman in her twenties of an average weight, let alone ones with opinions on older men fiending on younger women (as we've seen echoed many times after the Anna Nicole Smith drama years back). The only area where it gets iffier is over how they'd treat weight class, which is really more of a cultural standard.
