Thinking about this paradigm. "They're weak, and dumb, so they deserve it for being worthless".
What makes someone think like this? Most thinking patterns are developed after all. Other than I'm hungry I must eat, and shit like that, nothing really is by nature.
As an overarching paradigm, there should be a view that stronger people are better, and that stronger people are entitled to take from the weak.
It's maladaptive because it goes against apes together strong, and against fair trade, which are more conventional, and preferable in the context of communal living.
What generates it?
Well, being taken from while you are weak in the past innit. Just resentment and spite, because of certain fixations. Internalisation of the dysfunctional and having it be your normal.
To break away from this, it's simple, since it's self contradicting. "I am weak for allowing such experiences to drive me" can simply be a good way to turn the justification on itself.
