Today’s favorite I want to rant and rave about, is the ever so insta-famous smoothie bowls!
Check our your local shops and order, or if you’re in lockdown, try making one at home, they’re very easy!
How I get mine:
Spirulina + Pineapple frozen base (that’s the smoothie part)
A layer of peanut butter and granola
And then a layer of bananas, with some blueberries and chopped strawberries placed in the center.
Toppings: chia seeds and almond slices!
This is so delicious I can’t stop eating it, and spirulina is a cancer fighting, cancer preventative super food!
In a research study, they gave one once of spirulina a day to a trial group of people with precancerous cells, and found after a year, the cells diminished by 90%
That is pretty amazing.
They also found it to be a preventative to diabetes and blood pressure issues.
