why do you need math? you are planning to create a farm ... better study biology and ecology. :) why do you need this senseless hobby? you will not be able to teach mathematics at school and you will never become an outstanding mathematician. :) you will simply waste your time studying math. :)

What is a proper mathematics education in your eyes? Do you want to know Algebra? Calculus?
I'm not really sure. I want to know things that help me understand physics, and chemistry, and I want to know things that will help.me.with my science experiments.

Then you need to complete the standard Calculus progression at the least.
Your Mathematics in so far as the standard convention goes is pretty bad. However, given our conversations about physics you surprisingly have an intuition that could benefit you in this area of study.
Begin here, Discrete Mathematics with Applications by Epp
The above text will teach you a soft version of Logic and overall foundations of all of mathematics, zero algebra is required. The text is probably the best introduction to the subject and the subject itself provides intuition on not only mathematics that will serve your understanding in Physics and Chemistry but also Computer Science.
Critically read each chapter and do all problems, if you need help I am a DM away. For lectures I would just look up each chapter title on youtube and just watch miscellaneous videos on the section I'm doing.
If you can finish this text, and you don't need to necessarily master it, you are ready for Algebra and should be able to devour the subject with your new found powers.
