Small crash today and now you are in a technical downtrend.

I want to point something out, the fundamental inherent risk in BTC that goes against the bullish narrative.

There is a risk that the international community, those in power, will crush the standard batch of cryptos.

This is an obvious risk and is often over looked because euphoria is much more satisfying. But the reality is that the USD rains supreme and fundamentals have not mattered for a very long time, instead belief and control is what matters. In so far as the powers that be want power and control the standard set of Cryptos are at risk because they are unregulated and already in the hands of a specific group of undesirables. Those in power do not want to see the U.S. Dollar and its counter parts in EU and Asia fall apart and be replaced by the wild west of fin products.

I see a real possibility that the future will involve crushing cryptos not in line with the desired future of the elite a long with a replacement of those cryptos with like functioning but regulated cryptos controlled by the friends of the elite. This is already being played with, think Facebook, JP Morgan, and central banks working on CBDCs

The Govt and financial institutions across the world have brought whole regimes to the ground over this very issue so why do you think they'll play nice with you? You need the major institutions to play with you in order for the true bullish narrative to come true. What happens when they ditch you for their own basket of products that do the same thing but assure their continued control?

Janet Yellen suggests 'curtailing' cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, saying they are mainly used for illegal financing

Here's what crushed your momentum today, a speech given by someone in infinitely more control than you and your investment.

Janet Yellen strikes again. She doesn't make any valid points, the space is well aware of her.

It's not possible to launder money with cryptocurrencies, simply because it isn't fiat. When we buy cryptocurrency we do not purchase it overseas as any platform doing that will have to charge the taxes required for banks to transfer the funds out of the country. People want market pricing.

Cryptocurrency is more trackable than Cash minus the private coins, and from the time a thief tries to cash it out on a major exchange they will get caught, as the technology tracks and stores every transaction. Even washing stolen Bitcoin into Monero is a problem for criminals.

When we buy cryptocurrency we buy it locally. That being the money we use to make the purchase stays in the country, so if a government comes after your cryptocurrency they are double dipping as the money they are seeking has already been spent and in the hands of the seller in the same country, far from money laundering. This is money staying in the country, cryptocurrencies are world wide and we needn't send it to another address to gain access to the funds cause that's based on a private key we can access from anywhere with an internet connection.

Today's market cap for Bitcoin is $652,208,766,409, that's larger than Apple at this point in time. It's major use case isn't in crime, look to the major investment firms and the public purchasing cryptocurrency to suit themselves.

The market cap for the entire space is  $1,022,727,616,513 ( 1 Trillion 22 Billion plus ) To say that is mainly used by criminals is laughable while the general public and large investors around the world are filling their bags or buying and selling it.

The US government makes money from cryptocurrency as every trade in the US is a taxable event. This is why every crypto platform in the US has to make a US version to cater to the IRS's demands.

In Canada and many other nations are chill about cryptocurrencies. Like other nations out government is interested in blockchain and has no issue with cryptocurrency. As a Canadian I do have to pay taxes every every time I cash out, which isn't all that often tbh, but when I do I just take what I need.

Former Canadian Prime Minister Lists Bitcoin as Possible Future Reserve Currency

There has been hearings about cryptocurrency in the states, and every time cryptocurrency wins cause it doesn't violate any laws, and it's profitable for the US government. Yellen will end up being schooled by whales and other firms who are heavily invested in the space.

JP Morgan is interested in Ethereum for their cryptocurrency project.

Facebook's Libra is under scrutiny because Facebook will propose a world currency, in which they will have the potential to be transformed into a centralized world bank based on how many users are on FB already. Lawmakers see that as a security, but before that debacle they had support from a list of companies including VISA and Mastercard.

Last December was a good months for regulatory crypto laws in the states as the SEC provided the banks methods for cryptocurrency custody. This means the banks will hold people's cryptocurrency assets which is a good thing as far as law goes, while the option to keep it ourselves remains.

 That's all you can do.

But seriously, you can rape this thing.

Every time the RSI dips black you have a $200 profit on your hands if you buy 10,000 shares and sell at the 50 (RSI).

Nothing fancy here, just good old oversold strategy and that seems to be enough given this pattern has held up for days on the 1 minute.
