First, I would go in the chat. I'd see the chat. Then I would say "is this spam bothering you guys?" If they say yes, I would give them a time out, the spammer I mean, and each time they would get a longer time out. Eventually I would ask users to vote on a poll if the spammer should be banned from chat or not (I would not count puppets, like luna ect) and then, I would ban that user if it was voted upon. If the user made puppets to keep spamming, I would eventually go to ban the IP if it was voted on with another poll. I would also use a phone app for users to call me with if the spam got to bad while I was away.

They'll just change accounts, and having a poll makes it into a popularity contest. You will inevitably see reasonable people put into the crossfire.

At least attempt to block them again, unlike some people. Now they have to go through all that shit allllllllll over again... Unless they behave enough to not get caught.......

Of course nothing would work, but you literally will log on sc while spam is happening, even being in the chat, this spam can go on for ten minutes and you'll do nothing unless it annoys you personally. People don't like you as a mod, they like you because you don't moderate!
