 This ^ anyone I know who got haircuts this year knew a hair cutter personally, or knew someone who knows a hair cutter. Just ask around.

You may even find a coworker's sister or neighbor's girlfriend that has experience cutting hair for their family members even if they aren't a licensed cosmologist. They may do it as a favor for you.

This sounds like quite the black market, I would be careful!! No idea how to get into this one though. I imagine it’s just like the drug world, gotta have connects and knowledge that the police can’t find. Life isn’t easy, the struggle is real.

Cut your own hair, find a youtube tutorial. 

It can't be that hard, right? If you get it wrong, it's not like you're supposed to be going outside right now so no one will see it.
