Step 8, step in as a savior (false savior) and support the country by taking legal control of their power generators (lights, electronics, etc.) with the promise of providing resources to them 

step 9, nationwide power grid failure, during the switch over from NK ownership to US ownership 

step 10, fake terrorist uprising and cyber attacks from “within”financial and government institutions (double agents) all leading powers are taken in their sleep to unknown location 

step 11, the boat containing “resources” will contain an army of bots. AI, that will take control of the countries borders and cities like martial law with powerful weapons and will target, disarm and round up all military and resistors to freeing of their people. By air, land, and sea. (the Trojan horse, or, similar to D-day) 

step 12, All people are escorted onto the boats and taken to freedom 

step 13, the remaining financial data and otherwise resources and assets of the country will be liquidated and used to support all refugees 

 I didn't get it. what cyber attacks are we talking about? there are only 13 computers in all of North Korea and they are not connected to the internet. :) you will not be able to organize a "color" revolution in North Korea, because the citizens of North Korea do not have many cell phones and smartphones. cellular communications and the Internet are tightly controlled by the authorities and they can be turned off at any time. North Koreans use underground cables for government communications and regular telephone lines to control towns and villages. they are completely independent of the Internet. to bring down the economy of North Korea, you will need to prohibit it from trading with Russia and China. How are you going to put pressure on Russia and China? where will the terrorist groups be based? North Korea is a small country with a huge army. they can easily track down terrorist camps on their territory. everything that you wrote is some kind of nonsense. think better how to return their native lands to real Americans, I'm talking about the tribes of Indians that you drove into the reservations, trampled their culture in the mud and depriving them of their traditional way of life. :)

Also, the majority of North Koreans you want to 'save' hate Americans. They're like Trump supporters. They've been fed the rhetoric from their school days, and they believe 100% of it by the time they finish school.
