Just like you struggle to earn those gains in the gym, earn those financial gains. Legit is the way to go, far more stable and long lasting. A dollar saved is a dollar earned and more to invest in something beneficial.
Although I'm not into drugs, sucking dick or mugging people, I think this topic is extremely interesting. I'm fascinated that C4 is willing to go for high risk stuff.

It may not be the only way, but you can get a decent amount of money through investing. The dilemma is: If you need money to invest, and invest to get money, then how do you get it in the first place?
By working.
Essentially, you need to learn how to get other people to do your work. That's true for investing. This is true also for the corporate world and even academia. The more you can get other people to do your work, the higher up in the ladder you can move.
Others suggested something along the same lines: "Get others to suck dick and get their money." My suggestion is to then get others to get others to suck dick and get their money. Ad infinitum.
Then you can just sit back and relax. But first you have to suck some dick yourself, to get into the business so to speak. It's within the interest of the dick sucking community to have you in business, and they'll give you their trade secrets, in exchange for your dick sucking skills. Then you do the same when you're up the ladder.
The other thing you need to learn to do is bullshitting people and taking risks, and then gradually take less risks (except when you're jumping ladder!).
When you start off, you don't have anything to lose. So you can go around BSing people and there's practically no risks involved for you. If it works, you reap the rewards. If it doesn't, no harm done, you didn't have any eggs in the basket anyway.
There are uncountable number of social rules and hidden structures in place. But the secret is that if you break them you can go up the ladder quicker.
There's this book for women that gives advice on how to lure rich men to marry you (don't ask me why I read it). The quickest way is to hang around in the same place where rich men are. The same applies to corporate world, academia and dick sucking communities. You need to get in touch with the right people. And you need to BS the hell out of them. The more you learn to BS the less likely people find out. The BSing tactics change field-by-field, so just learn the tactics from the people high up.
Start off by getting to know people working in the fields you want to work in. You can make them your "mentor" by appealing to their ego. Usually people high up in the ladder are egotistical and corrupt as fuck, and even if they aren't, they're still susceptible to having someone suck up to them, even if they claim otherwise.
There's an inherent rule in place that being a brown noser is bad, but that's a rule set in place by your fellow dicksucking colleagues, so you can't go up the ladder. Just don't let others at your level find out. To them, stay humble and show respect or they'll backstab the fuck out of you.
And when you move up the ladder, just like you chose mentors along the way, mentor others. Keep reaping their rewards.

A high-end expensive beach club waiter/waitress. They can get thousands of euros/dollars per night in tips, I kid you not.
You'd have to be more attractive than your prospective competition and have both the social skills and some decent list-taking skills to get the job done. They also need to be used to high pressure fast paced environments if they want to walk out of there with anything worth writing home about.
I worked at a restaurant chain that was more known for it's bar. Those bartenders made mad bank, yeah, but they had to earn it through steering their clientele and taking advantage of their environment. The few who didn't made a little less than I did despite being in the higher position occupationally.
A bartending job seems very psychological when it's about profit, and getting a license for it actually isn't that hard, but not everyone's cut out for it. You effectively have to set the scene for their drinking so that you can trap their wallets.
