 Because CS kept trying to contact him after she left, and then kept lamenting that she was a single mom and jim left her with a kid, that screenshot jim posted isn't the only one of her begging for his attention. 

She would literally email him asking if he thought of her and she has said multiple times if the baby wasn't around that she'd go back to him. Idk if you're aware that she went into that relationship fully knowing what she was getting into, she'd even make comments about going there to be murdered while also making comments about liking the struggle involved with her rape fantasy. 

You don't get to say "I'm going to meet up with the guy that said he'd rape, beat and kill me because I want that" and then come out saying "i can't believe he did exactly what I wanted him to do to me!" Besides the very obvious not being killed part.

There's definitely cases where people might have some idea of a kink that they might like and instantly regret it and want out and yeah that's fine, if their partner continues yes it's rape. Especially if they had a reason to trust their partner and their partner had never said they would rape them.

Quin was literally told she was going to be beaten and raped and she still went because she wanted that.
