She tends to not remember her own entries, nor does she re-read them, so I'm inclined to agree.

She doesn't want to argue, that's overstimulating and complicated for her, she'd rather just spout her life for others to see while expressing white/wealth fragility to the point of not being able to have a real conversation. The girl needs safe spaces from people asking her questions. 

There's a shit ton of irony in her situation here: She insists on saying her piece, others read it, then when others quote her she claims that her own words are wrong.

She doesn't need to convince us, she needs to convince herself, which is why she posts these things here in the first place: To clear her head and reinforce the ideas.
