He has multiple times said to her face that he doesn't love her and will never leave his wife for her. He's otherwise wished multiple times to have nothing to do with her, and has since then gone back on his word more than once for prostitute cash. 

I've both seen it in action and there's been screenshots to the same effect. Main issue is over inconsistency on his part, as how is she supposed to believe he's done with her if he'll just go right back to her later for money?

It's easy to see when he's like "I love my wife, we're fixing it" as cash bait. Med can't face losing, so she works harder and becomes increasingly more competitive and stalkery. It's a lot of hot and cold.

Have you been paying attention to how invincible Med is to listening to other people, even Chapo himself? 

Jim was straight pretending to be him for cash, she sent some, and even now she still doesn't fully grasp the situation when people are literally ramming it down her throat. Med's seriously been a spectacle over her reactivity with no idea of what's going on from immunity to correction, which... leads her to some pretty weird places, especially if she sees the person as a female who wants Chapo's seed.

What makes Med credible to you though? She's nutbar enough to make me seem sane. She's literally been to an asylum more than once and is liable to return. 

Seriously, look into her past posts here and realize who you're believing. At this point no one else sees her as credible, just you, and it's not from some Chapo bandwagon (lol) but rather through multiple people individually exploring the 'Med' situation and coming to similar conclusions as sympathy slowly melted away. 

Her situation is tragic, but her narratives are barely even parallel with reality beyond the superficial and the majority of the things she says are missing dimensions of perception the average person takes for granted. Her self-assured behavior that cannot listen to reason is legit low functioning, and her family is trying their damndest to keep her and her maddeningly reckless level of spending under control.
