North West America is mostly empty bc they're the few states left with native American reserves. If she's from ND and not from the capital city she's probably Native American and grew up on a reserve

I watched this movie one time where a therapist had a patient that was so psycho he gave her ptsd and then he tried to kill her
that would be a very real fear of mine as a therapist. You just never know who’s off in the head until they’re standing at the foot of your bed at 3am.
