Like the program or the wider acceptance of others into groups/cliques or?

I mean with social welfare etc bad genes are no longer failing, because they get food and supply etc anyways.

 Being on welfare means you have bad genes?

well if we boil it down it means you are too weak to provide for yourself

I would have thought natural selection was over with medical advancement rather than social program

Well I guess without welfare access to advanced medical treatment would correlate with ones income.

We'd need to define where natural ends and unnatural begins, as I can sit here and argue how everything we're seeing is the natural conclusion. 

What we're seeing now still falls into the guidelines of Natural Selection as taught by Darwinism, but with less survival needs we've transitioned towards more gregarious trends. We otherwise still see a lot of health concerns subconsciously being followed when it comes to mating patterns, and I'd argue in a hypersexualized society that they're becoming exaggerated. 

Natural selection was yeeted when grocery stores and modern medicine were implemented.
