running is starting to become a high for me! you guys have no idea how thrilled i am
i used to run in the past but i dont remember it ever feeling this amazing:)
im not sure I really dont know why but it has been so enjoyable the past few days and today and looking forward to doing it again. the term "runners high" makes much more sense than it used to, like its an actual high now instead of mildly satisfying because i know im doing something good for my health

ya i thought similarly when i actually read it. i guess I disappointingly really cant give a reason for why its more enjoyable now. maybe it happens after your body realizes youre going to keep forcing it to do it no matter what so it starts giving you extra endorphins?
I forced myself to go for a while back in college and it never really kicked on.
maybe our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ blessed me with this miracle to reward me for my good behavior 0:)
