is with this guy. Like, she just decided to stand there and let the guy flirt with her and she kept leading him to see more of his flirt?

I think she probably comes from a really poor family, and this guy is the way to pay for her checks. Also, if you notice, her mother is everywhere they go, even when they went to this nice hotel for vacation, surprise, daughters brings mother. 

Maybe the mother is telling her daughter to stick with him so they get a better life?
