I saw this before buying my own and I've concluded that those guys are pussies. It doesn't even hurt that much, and some videos of women using them show more pain tolerance. 

It gets easier after the first one or two times using it, and on places like the back of your arm you barely even feel it.

I never cut my balls when I shave them. You must be doing something wrong. Use a high quality razor like Gillette and do it in the shower with lots of shampoo.
