yo so I'm dating someone new and when Im With someone I am no longer watching what I eat as well as before etc + there's good cooking that I gained through that so I gained like 4kg. But I don't think it is healthy since I don't know if it will last long and when I'm single again then I will not b in shape. That's why I will do alternate date fasting for 10 days now and get back on my routine now.
