They’re basically calling you a grown up brat. If that’s a compliment then sure. I believe this isn’t about appearance, it’s about personality.
There's a lot of ways to call someone a brat, but a Cartman in particular is also a fat bigot with a miraculous ability to miss points.

So not a compliment, but not wrong either all these things have been said before, kind of a brat when things don't go my way, sound like a bigot sometimes even though i'm not, its just the way i talk,and pretty famous for missing the point. Thanks guys, that has cleared it up a bit and now i have a good idea what this guy thinks of me.

I'm from Scotland and came up from the gutter, we are nasty about everyone and swear a lot, but its all for fun and entertainment. People who hear a bit of a conversation or don't know me could easily think I'm a bigot, I don't deny that or worry about it, i know who i am, kind of an equal opportunity hater and its all done with a smile, not a growl.
