I stopped playing videogames. It's hard because the mind keeps finding excuses to go back but ultimately it is worth it to get rid of that distraction. It's been weeks now since I have.

I actually tend to be more functional with games than without them, it's a good outlet.

Time really flies while gaming, so I reserve it for Saturday or Sunday mornings. I play a maximum of 1 or 2 hours and then I feel useless or lethargic. Not because I'd otherwise be more productive though. I feel less guilty browsing the internet and shitposting all day than playing a videogame all day
