I swear i wasn’t trying to be mean i just wanted to remind her to stay on track with the meds. I myself used to forget a lot and like peach would remind me and it helped actually

So you were projecting yourself onto her experiences?

...does this mean that when you exercise that it's an expression of poor mental health?

Once again I’m really sorry, to med. you’re not mentally ill for wanting to exercise, it’s just when there is a sudden change in behavior that is extreme it is a red flag to me.

That explains why your life never changes.

So i wanted to check in with her and i did it bluntly in a way that made it sound accusatory, and less coming from a place of concern and more just sounding rude

i apologize for that and i am learning to be super careful about the way i phrase things to be considerate of how it will come across or be misinterpreted. It’s not how i meant it.

But yeah, i don’t want to disrespect anyone, or hate on anyone here, etc. i love you all as individuals, and I’m sorry that my ‘looking out’ for someone or ‘helping’ someone can sometimes be, unwarranted or, overstepping in some way sometimes.

That’s my own personal issue that I have to know when it’s my place to... say something. But at the same time, i would rather say something sometimes, and have prevented a major problem, and the person be mad at me for it. Rather than, just let the problem happen to them.

There’s a fine line.

You always keep it so general from not remembering your former intent, never commenting on more than how you see your construct ideal responding towards it rather than who you were at the time.

Day #2: You are right I don’t think I can do “leg day” today, overdid it yesterday

This is why people set schedules for their body. By having a leg day, you can have those rest during days you work on other parts of your body. Ideally, this allows for a rotation where something is being worked on every day, and as long as your aerobics are themselves daily (for breathing and stamina) then it all adds up by the end.

Working through the muscles while they're mending just leads to tearing.

Lesson learned, now focus on exercising much lighter daily, alternate between muscle groups or at the very leats divide your regime between strength and cardio. You have money, right? Get a gym coach.
