I watched Naruto 15 years ago, and it was good. The show's storyline becomes very powerful on an emotional level. Even someone like Slay has been reeled in, but it's just a phase.
That being said Slay will not be short on potential dates in his youth, cause of his looks, and the size of Naruto's timeless fanbase of both genders. ( Both genders means all genders )

Almost everyone I know who's claimed to like Naruto was a guy. And they were almost always single, so TC may have a point.
